Mandatory VAT id is missing

Some carriers or locations needs VAT id in order to properly work. You can simply set your VAT id in Packrooster -> settings -> general settings -> Shipping Zone VAT ID's. You can setup there VAT id's for every shipping zone you have setup in Shopify settings.
