ErrorInAgentReceiverNumber (Shipment_AgentTo) Error in agent code..
Errors in agent codes almost always refers to the pickup point selected for the shipping. Please try to change the pickup point for the order after opening it to Packrooster and try to fulfill the order again. If the error code still comes up try another pickup point. Sometimes there are temporary pickup points or pickup points that are not available anymore that is why you cant ship to them anymore. As to why they still show in Packrooster is because we get the pickup points directly from the carriers and we cant know for sure what are not working anymore.
If it just wont accept any pickup point please contact our support and we will check it out for you.
