Mandatory value is missing. In this error example the mandatory value is "Party-Sms" which means phone number. Either your phone number or customers phone number is missing from the order and you cant create a shipping label because of it. Some carriers and some shipping services require phone numbers. You can check if you have setup your phone number by going to Packrooster -> settings -> general settings -> shipping locations -> choose your location -> telephone.

You can check your customers phone number by opening the order from Shopify admin and looking at the shipping address information, there should be a phone number.

Tip: if you have not yet set shipping address phone number as required field in checkout we highly recommend you doing it. Go to Shopify adming -> settings -> checkout -> customer information -> shipping address phone number -> required.
