The requested product not available based on your search criteria

This kind of error message comes when you have selected the wrong shipping service. There is couple of things you need to know about this error. When a carrier talks about a "Product" it almost always means the shipping service selected and not the actual products the customer has ordered. Search criteria in this error means your shipping location and your customers address. The easier to understand way to say this would be "The shipping service is not available between your shipping location and customer address".


To fix this error you should try to change your shipping service to something that works between your location and customers location. To change the shipping service open the order to Packrooster Shipping. When the order is open in Packrooster click "change shipping method" button left to selected shipping carrier and shipping service. After that select a different shipping service. You can also change the shipping carrier if selected carrier does not have a shipping method you want to use.

After you have changed the shipping service please try to create the shipping label again. If the error message persists please try again with another shipping service. If you cant find a fitting shipping service for your order please contact our support or your shipping carrier for additional information.
