User management and reporting

Enterprise version of Packrooster Shipping offers you options to manage users and read reports of the order processing done in Packrooster Shipping.

Creating users

First open Packrooster Shipping —> Settings —> Users. Here you can create user profiles for order processers. Type in the name of the user and select "+ Add".

Order processing

When you process the order with Packrooster Shipping, user must now be selected as operator. This can be done at the upper right corner of Packrooster Shipping user interface

Now the information of the operator is saved to the operator who was activated in the user interface.

Order Processing Report

With the said Enterprise plan configurations, merchants can see an order processing report from the processed orders. Open Packrooster Shipping —> Settings —> Order Processing Report

All you have to do is to select the desired start- and end dates. Packrooster displays processed orders per operator, at the set date limit.
