What you need before setup

To integrate DHL eCommerce with Packrooster Shipping, make sure you have:

  • DHL Client ID
  • Client secret key
  • Customer number

You’ll receive these credentials from DHL.

How to set up DHL eCommerce in Packrooster Shipping

  1. Open Packrooster Shipping in your Shopify admin
  2. Go to Shipping carriers → DHL eCommerce
  3. Enter your API credentials
  4. Disable Demo mode
  5. Click Save

Once saved, you can activate DHL eCommerce shipping methods and pickup points in the app.
