What you need before setup

Before you start, make sure you have:

• An active Helthjem customer account
• Your Helthjem Shop ID
• Helthjem has activated the delivery methods you want to use for your account

You’ll receive the Shop ID from Helthjem when your account is set up.

How to set up Helthjem in Packrooster Shipping

1. Open Packrooster Shipping in your Shopify admin
2. Go to Settings → Shipping carriers → Helthjem
3. Enter your Helthjem Shop ID
4. Disable Demo Mode
5. Click Save

Once the Shop ID is saved, Helthjem shipping methods will be available for activation.
