Automations and workflows with Packrooster API
Packrooster API allows you to automate fulfillment and shipping workflows and integrate Packrooster with external systems such as WMS, ERP or Shopify Flow.
With the API, you can:

Shipping Labels
- Create shipping labels with or without fulfillment
- Receive tracking details and label download URLs
Fulfillment
- Create fulfillments independently or together with shipping labels
Shipment Data
- Retrieve shipment details such as:
- Tracking number
- Tracking URL
- Shipping service details
Label URLs
- Fetch shipping and return label download links
- Use them in workflows or send directly to printers
Cancellation & Deletion
- Cancel fulfillments
- Delete orders or shipment data completely
Shopify Flow
You can use Packrooster API features with Shopify Flow. Shopify Flow allows you to trigger different kind of actions with Packrooster API. We have created Shopify Flow templates for you to do the following
Create shipping label & fulfill — Download template

Create return label — Download template
Get shipment data — Download template
Self-service returns — Download template
How to use the templates:
- Add your API secrets to Shopify Flow settings as client_id and client_secret
- Download the template you'd like to use and import it to Shopify Flow
- Edit the template to fit your needs
Review the templates first and then edit triggers, actions and conditions as needed.
