Missing Country of Origin
Different kind of error messages about missing Country of origin can be seen in Packrooster Shipping. These error messages appear either from shipping carrier API or Packrooster itself.
Usually the error occurs because you are trying to create a shipment requiring customs handling. Shipments that require customs handling must have Country of origin added to the product in Shopify as the information is mandatory in the customs process.
You can fix the error by opening the product in Shopify and adding a Country of origin information to the customs information section of the product.
