What you need before setup

Before integrating DHL Express, make sure you have:

• DHL Express customer number
• MyDHL API Username
• MyDHL API Password
• If you create returns, you will also need a customer number for imports

You can request API credentials by registering through DHL Express.

How to set up DHL Express in Packrooster Shipping

1. Open Packrooster Shipping in your Shopify admin
2. Go to Settings —> Shipping carriers → DHL Express
3. Enter your Customer Number, API Username, API Password and customer number for imports
4. Disable Demo Mode
5. Click Save

After the credentials are saved successfully, DHL Express services will be available for activation.

You can create shipping methods such as:

• DHL Express Worldwide EU
• DHL Economy Select
