What you need before setup
To get started, you need:
- An active PostNord customer contract
- Your PostNord Customer Number
You can apply to become a customer via PostNord to receive the necessary credentials for API access. With PostNord integration, you only need the customer number.
How to set up PostNord in Packrooster Shipping
- Open Packrooster Shipping in your Shopify admin
- Navigate to Carrier Settings → PostNord
- Enter your PostNord Customer Number and select the correct Account issuer
- Disable Demo Mode
- Click Save
After saving the correct details, PostNord services will be available for activation.
